Sofia Delivery Center is a global team of delivery professionals supporting the regions in creation, building and testing complex solutions for Experian clients based on Decision Analytics software products. The team blends unique business expertise with technical skillset to deliver best-in-class solutions for large international banks, telecoms and utility organisations.
The Analytics Centre of Expertise – Sofia (ACES) is currently the biggest analytics team in Experian supporting the business of the UK&I and EMEA regions. The team was founded in 2007 and its purpose is to power business growth through market leading Analytics. The team provides a wide range of products and services in various areas of the analytics business such as scorecards development, bureau score development, benchmarking analysis, regulatory analytics and various ad-hoc analysis.
Global Finance Services – Sofia is specialising in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting & Control (A&C), Credit Controlling, Service & Billing and BI. The team is partnering Experian EMEA and UKI regions, working closely with finance and business stakeholders. FP&A and A&C teams are responsible for month-end activities, management accounting support, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. The Service & Billing and Credit Controlling teams deal with cash collection, creating of client accounts and their billing.
The customer services teams are professionals who are the key point of contact for our clients providing and excellent level of support that exceeds the expectations. They are supporting products from our Credit Services and Decision Analytics business lines for EMEA and UKI regions. It consists of multiple teams and functions with process and technical profiles and extensive practical knowledge over our product portfolio.
