Since our first Accenture Academy in 2017, we have had 9 successful trainings and hired 60 motivated people across different teams (Back-end Developers, QA and Technical Support). Our Junior Program offers an intensive 4-week training with a certified trainer. The training focuses on gaining practical knowledge and every Junior must deliver their own project at the end. Our program is not an internship, you become part of the team from day 1. From your first day at Accenture you are assigned to your career counselor who will be helping you in your career growth.
