• Finance center
IBM EFC Sofia was established in 2013. Since that time, we provide financial services to IBM units across entire Europe, Middle East and Africa. Our operations include Revenue & Cost Controlling, Expense and Resources Controlling, Hardware/Software & Services Pricing, Budgeting & Planning and Balance sheet/Cash Flow analyses.
The Procurement Center in Sofia first opened in 2006 joining the big family of IBM Locations in Bulgaria. Today, we offer a full array of Procurement roles, involving supplier selection and negotiations, contracts handling, pricing comparisons, clients support, invoicing and compliance activities for clients and suppliers all over EMEA. In 12 years, our employees have grown to handle complex deals and manage the relationship with key major suppliers of IBM.
• TSS CIC
The IBM Client Innovation Center for Technology Support Services (TSS) was launched at the end of 2013. It is the biggest global TSS center in the world. The high-tech center provides end-to-end IT services, including network management, server systems operations, maintenance and monitoring of computer hardware and software. It has divisions specialized in multi-vendor support, service design and planning as well as global information and analytics. The center brings also extended expertise in services related to Predictive Maintenance, Augmented Reality and Blockchain.
The IBM Client Innovation Center has its own Education facility including several LABs equipped with IBM logo and MVS products used not only for client support needs but also for internal training and educations. The IBM professionals at the center come more than 20 nationalities and provide support in more than 10 languages. They manage systems that are critical for assuring optimal information technology performance for IBM and IBM's clients globally - 24 x 7 x 365.
• Global Delivery Center
The IBM Client Innovation Center for Cognitive Process Services was founded in 2007. It provides support services in 15 languages related to finance, administration, marketing analysis and research and transition management with focus on European countries.
• IBM main office
The First IBM main office was founded 1937 by Thomas Watson Sr. It is currently located in the Interpred World Trade Center, Sofia and provides whole country business coverage, serving all major industries in the areas of: Sales, IT Infrastructure, Business consulting and Global Technologies Services supporting mobile services, networking, systems and technical support.
