Career development is a major priority for Concentrix. We start the process from day one with a two-day welcoming and orientation session. Through real-life examples and fun activities, we introduce our corporate culture to all new staff.

Career development continues through Concentrix University, our online learning portal. It offers more than 10,000 courses—all voluntary—which give our staff ongoing opportunities to reinforce and expand their business skills. Staff can also take advantage of a Talent Assessment Center for skills evaluation and additional job training. Our Team Leader Academy is yet another program geared for people who want to become team leaders and managers. To date, thanks to the academy, 99 percent of our leadership team started at entry-level Concentrix positions and achieved their advancement goals within three years.
