Working Time / Flexible Time
Working time is fixed, but FLEXIBLE in terms of Starting-Ending times.
You can choose how and when to come at the office within given
timeframe.

You have time for your kids.
You can choose and participate in trainings events in Bulgaria, but also in
Germany.

When necessary work from Home Office. It’s a great way to work from

Salary and Salary Increase
Software AG applies time-based payment at the Bulgarian Office. Time-
based payment is contractually tied to a fixed Monthly Salary, plus
BONUSES during the year.

Salaries are increased at least once a year with a certain amount, based
on your performance, in order to reflect Employee needs and the
increased company profit.
